I am dedicated to offering personalised, evidence-based fitness solutions in a sustainable manor and prioritise longevity over quick fixes. My training philosophy centres on sustainable progress and long-term health benefits. By focusing on proper technique, individualised programming, and injury recovery and prevention, I ensure that your fitness journey is both effective and enjoyable!

I am also a female health lead. This means tailoring programmes for women around the menstrual cycle or menopause and working on pelvic floor health as well as much more. ​
