Daisy's Philosophies

My goal is for you to be 100% confident and comfortable in the gym as well as yourself. I am dedicated to offering personalised, evidence-based fitness solutions in a sustainable manor and prioritise longevity over quick fixes. My training philosophy centres on sustainable progress and long-term health benefits. By focusing on proper technique, individualised programming, and injury recovery and prevention, I ensure that your fitness journey is both effective and enjoyable!

I am also a female health lead. This means tailoring programmes for women around the menstrual cycle or menopause and working on pelvic floor health as well as much more. 

Whether you're an office worker, construction worker or an elite athlete, I am up for the challenge no matter age or ability!
